2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

We typically receive information about individuals from our clients, business partners, counterparties, authorities, other advisers (e.g. banks, accountants and real estate agents), etc. as a basis for our advice and case processing.

3. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA

We collect, among other things, the following personal data: (i) name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, dates of birth and other general personal data, (ii) bank details, (iii) any information about family relationships and relationships with other closely related persons.

4. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF DATA
We only collect personal data as part of our advice and case management that is relevant (or required) to the tasks that we may perform on behalf of our clients and business partners.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
In principle, the agreement that we enter into with clients and partners regarding advice and the case processing related to the advice constitutes the basis for our collection and processing of personal data, cf. Article 6(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

6. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not disclose your personal information to others.

7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, the persons for whom we process data have a number of rights, including (i) the right to access what personal data is being processed about them, (ii) the right to have such personal data corrected and updated, (iii) the right to have such personal data erased upon request, if we do not have the right or obligation to store the data by law or other objective purposes, and (iv) a right to: withdraw any consent regarding the processing of sensitive personal data that may have been given to us.The above rights may be limited as a result of the fact that we are subject to special obligations and rights by law to process and store certain personal data. Access to personal data may also be restricted for reasons of other people's privacy, confidentiality, or for reasons of trade secrets and intellectual property rights.It is possible at any time to request a copy of the stored personal data, update of registered personal data, object to the processing of personal data or request deletion of personal data. However, as mentioned above, whether or not we can disclose such material may be limited. The request must be in writing and must include name, address, telephone number and email address. The request must also be signed by the person to whom the personal data relates. The request can be sent by post or email. If the objection is justified, we will stop processing and delete the data in question, unless we are obliged to store them according to the law or due to the nature of the advice and/or case processing to which the personal data relates. 8. STORAGE SECURITY
In order to protect you from unauthorized access to your personal data, we use IT solutions that automatically ensure that all data is only accessible to relevant persons. In addition, we have internal procedures and policies in place for information security. These procedures and policies contain instructions and actions that protect your data from being destroyed, lost, altered, published, and from unauthorized access or sharing.

9. COOKIES
